The Lady Generals improved to 2 and 0 for the season with a 60-48 win over Buckhorn in the Hazel Green Tip Off Classic. Zipporah Broughton proved too much for Buckhorn to handle as she poured in 41 points on 6 for 6 shooting from inside the arch, 5 of 10 on three’s, and 14 of 17 from the line. She also contributed six rebounds, and five blocks. Deasia Marsh added 11 points and six boards.
