Last Saturday the class of 2018 was recognized prior to the game against the school across I85. The following recognition is for the football players and trainers that have been responsible for allowing all of Lee Nation to share in their time on Ann Street. #1 Cameron Longmire – Escorted by Jamie Longmire and Pamela Lewis. Cameron plans to play college football, receive his degree and pursue his dreams of playing in the NFL.
#2 Edward Johnson – Escorted by LaShunda Powell, Willie Johnson and Shaquille Johnson. Edward plans to go to college and play football.
#3 Kaniaus Johnson – Escorted by Gwendolyn Johnson and Kimberly Hayes. Kaniaus plans to attend a four-year college and continue his athletic career.
#5 Aaron Reynolds – Escorted by Monica Eaves and Beryonna Eaves. Aaron plans to attend a four-year college to play football and major in business engineering.
#6 David Arrington IV – Escorted by David Arrington III and Charlene Arrington. David plans to attend a four-year college, play football, major in business and start his own fashion design business.

#21 Kevontae’ Ruggs – Escorted by Henry Ruggs Jr., Nataki Ruggs and Henry Timmons. Kevontae’ plans to play college football, going pro and being entered into the NFL Hall of Fame. His goal is to be known as the best to ever play the game.
#22 Shonderrick Nelson – Escorted by Latoya Nelson and Kaylan Nelson. Shonderrick plans to attend college and play football.
#26 Chris Ware – Escorted by Chris Ware, Marsha Ware and Jasmine Johnson. Chris plans to play college football, major in computer programming, and afterwards succeed in the NFL.
#40 Sidon Rhodes – Escorted by Orlando Rhodes and Tomeaka Rhodes. Sidon plans on working with the family business after high school.
#49 Kenneth Timmons – Escorted by Kenneth Timmons Jr. Kenneth plans to attend college and major in Mechanical Engineering. He also plans to play Major League Baseball.

Trainer – Carolay Guerra – Escorted by Nolvia Barrera. She has been a trainer for four years. Carolay plans to join the police department after attending the University of Alabama majoring in Criminal Justice.
Trainer – De’Dasha Hooks – Escorted by Anthony Hooks and Minnie Smith Hooks. De’Dasha plans to attend either the University of Alabama or Florida State University and major in Psychology.
Trainer – Hayley Whitfield – Escorted by Barry Whitfield (Class of 79). Hayley plans to attend the University of Alabama and major in biology and chemistry to become a CSI / DNA analyst for Criminal Justice and Forensic Science.
